I finally got a Camelbak so that I don't have to face hot temps running out of water anymore. I got a Camelbak Rogue and I'm impressed at the amount of storage. More than enough to carry what I'd need for an afternoon. The bottom pouch has enough room for a camera, batteries, a snack or two. The red notebooks are Moleskins which are standard size. There's another flat compartment in the top flap. Big enough for a phone. The straw comes out of the shoulder strap to the right (the blue thing). And it has an open quick-access pouch behind the small pocket and has straps which can hold just about anything. I can stuff my rain jacket in there or tie it down with the straps. (The red section below is a t-shirt stuffed into the space...it's expandable as the nets you can see just to the left of the red is elastic). And under the top flap is the bladder compartment which holds a two litre bladder but there is also more space in there even when the bladder is full.....something that isn't sharp. It would even hold a couple more bottles of water or snacks or my rain jacket. The bladder can be removed easily. The cap is only held in by a velcro strap on top. Overall, it's very light when it's empty.

Oh, I thought for a moment you were referring to a Camelcat. They don't have to face hot temps running out of saucers of milk....
