I like #4. Great when there are not enough plugs in a room! You can see the list here. And as an expansion on the first one, write your name and email address down and take a pic of it. Make it the first pic before you leave on vacation. And always format your card in the camera at home so that it's ready to go. Then take a pic of your note with your contact info, a pic of your pets and away you go. And never delete a photo from your camera. There is a risk that deleting photos on the camera can corrupt the card. Leave all the bad photos alone and wait till you get them home and on your computer before deleting the bad ones. (And seeing them on a larger screen can help make the decision easier).

I like the tip about the plastic wrap over the bottles. I usually put my bottles in a zip-lock bag, so they don’t spill in my suitcase, but they still spill in the bag. I’m going to try this when going to Greece.

Yeah...I do the zip lock thing too and was thinking this would keep the bottle from spilling inside the bag. Double protection.

Great list! With #20, people should always check with their credit card companies. It has minimal coverage. If you want full coverage, you have to top it up. One also has to purchase their tickets/tours with the credit card to be covered. Ensure that the medical insurance covers air evacuation. Not having it can put one into six figure debt if they get sick/injured overseas. Unless you're the couple who said they never buy insurance cause "they're always careful." Yup. Unhuh.

Hi, #27 about the special meals sounds like a great idea.
For some reason, when I flew to Japan last month, my Krisflyer profile had me receiving a fat free meal, which I received before the rest of the meals were served BUT the problem with that, was that my tray was not cleared until the rest of them were, so the hint about getting to sleep sooner doesn't ring true.
