In the "Posts To Page" box, only a few new posts are displayed. When you click the right arrow (>), several more recent posts are displayed. One must continually click on "See More Stories" to see a few more recent posts. How does one search for older posts that contain specific word(s) or phrase(s)?
(I've asked this question on Facebook but I've received no help).

I don’t go on the Trafalgar facebook page, so I can’t help you, but you can send them a private message with your question. They should be able to answer your question.

At the top of the page, on the photo, you'll see three icons to the right. One of them should say Message.

There’s a message button at the bottom right corner of the cover photo.

I've posted several messages -- using both the "message" icon at the top of the page and the message button on the cover photo -- but I've received no responses.

Hi Gary It's not possible to search the Posts to Page as a function of Facebook.

This is just another example of why Trafalgar should have kept their forum open instead of moving to facebook and twitter. The facebook page is not user friendly and it’s difficult to find things on that page. I’m sure it’s very frustrating!

And I just learned that one can't post on multi-day tours on tripadvisor, so even that isn't much of a resource for them.

Why didn't Trafalgar consider the limitations of Facebook, Twitter and other social channels before they discontinued its Community Forums? Why didn't they listen to their Community Forum users?

From what I deduced from my conversations with them, they think forums are a thing of the past and that everything is in social media. Problem is, social media is only good in the here and now. It's no good for archiving.

In researching where "I want to go to...' and other travel-related topics, I'd guess that most travelers would like to learn what other travelers have already experienced (re: destinations, tales, advice, currency, photos, solo travels, etc).
That information may not be available "in the here and now" of Facebook, Twitter and other social media but in the past. That's why the Community Forums were so valuable and much important information was lost when they were discontinued.

Exactly...and tripadvisor is no help as it won't accept reviews of multi-day trips.
