It looks good Chech, the photos are small but still good, I am not sure, how are you doing this?

The photos can be expanded by clicking on them. What were you referring to about how I'm doing it....what part exactly?

Well, If I can get over the jet lag soon I would like to post my tale, not sure how to post pictures though,, I reduce them but still having problems, I see that you have your old avatar, I couldn't upload mine because of the size. Like I said, jet lag doesn't help, what I don't know is why is still bothering me! Perhaps my age?? (sigh)

I've been finding it easy to adjust when I go on tour, but returning, I'm finding it can take me up to three weeks to get back into my usual routine. An easy way to reduce your photos is to just upload them to facebook. It automatically reduces them and then you can copy that version (to a new name on your hard drive) and use it here. The ones on my blog are adjusted on the blog itself. I batch process all my originals using photo editing software that takes them from upwards of 10 MB each to down to about 400 kb. Another option is to use ribbit.com - it's an online photo editing site that's free to use.

Thanks Chech...I am having difficulties on everything i do with pictures this time...for some reason (mmmmm) Picasa uploaded almost all my pictures to the google album, now, when trying to crop or fix the color, etc, it does not let me saved with the correction!! grrrrrr, so my album will be full of crooked and uncropped pictures... not happy...took almost 1700, and more than a "few" will need retouching before printing... not giving up yet...maybe I will upload them using flicker or something...

Yeah, I tried Picassa and couldn't make head nor tails of it. Flickr took me a short while to figure out but once I had the basics down pat, it was easy. Flickr isn't a photo editing site, however. It's a place to upload the photos into albums that can be organized easily. For photo editing, ribbit.com is easy for individual photos. None of my photos have been edited beyond the sizing. Some have been cropped or straightened but I don't adjust the lighting or anything. Too many photos. Too little time.
