Hello.. I am a lurker.. I found the original forum thru a google search... I dont think I will ever tour but it would be an amazing trip if we made it happen.. my husband is a beach person.. so we cruise or do AIs in Mexico.. we live in Texas... Anyway I went to try to find the forums and poof they were gone.. what??? I am not there all the time since it used to move rather slowly.. I would just randomly try to read a new travel tale.. those of you who write them do a great job of showing those of us who will never go just how awesome the places you see are.. Anyway again.. I couldn't find trafalgar so I googled and found Mr Oz sorta recreated it.. this is soooo much easier to follow and find.. It isnt very active but I found it via google... I hope others do too..
Thanks all of yall for a new space... best wishes to all

I am glad you found us. Welcome Anaterra. Stick around, one of these days you'd find yourself planning a trip, and this is good place to start!

Welcome to the forum Anaterra. I’m glad you found us. Hopefully you’ll get to go on a tour some day, or, if your husband likes cruises, you can always try a Mediterranean cruise. That way you get the benefits of both cruising and seeing some of the sights of Europe.

I am glad you found us. Welcome Anaterra. Stick around, one of these days you'd find yourself planning a trip, and this is good place to start! Well said Cal! But you are a traveller, Anaterra, as this forum does not have the restraints enforced by Trafalgar nor does it subscribe to any particular travel group. While I have participated in quite a few tours most of my travelling has been done as an independent completing all my own organising. In this forum you may also discuss your cruising as this is certainly travel and it would be interesting to hear about Caribean cruises as they are in obvious great demand. You mentioned Mexico - another very interesting country with many great features. It would be great to have a look at some of your experiences.
Europe is not everyone's prime destination! It is a big world out there. There is so much to explore in the big countries like Canada, United States, China, Brazil and India to name a few, not forgetting Australia.
