I hope this is not a foretaste of a long hot summer but amazingly we are already experiencing warm temperatures with a forecast of 30C (86F)this week! Spring starts 1 September with summer not officially starting until 1 December.
Queensland winter is definitely the best time of year to visit - no humidity, blue skies and sunshine. As the tourism blurb says: Queensland beautiful one day, better the next!
