I've been looking at the Rio-Falls-BA-Santiago-Easter Island tour of South America but the visa requirements for Brazil put me off because it's tit-for-tat without our requirements (proof of income etc) and some said it could take 2 months to get my passport back. I just learned that for the Olympics, Brazil is waiving visa requirements from 1 June to 18 September. (Olympics are in August). So, if you were thinking Brazil, this is a nice hassle free time to do it! I'm looking at a Monograms version starting 14 June.

Man Chech, when the travel bug bit you it must have been a hell of a bite. You just never seem to stay still for more than 3 or 4 months and then your out and about. I will look forward to this tale as well. Always wondered what Santiago was like. Know you'll enjoy the falls both the Argentina and Uruguay sides. I hope I'm not confused with my geography. Took a raft ride under the falls and enjoyed that as well as a 2 1/2 hour walk along the sides of the falls.
