I'm sad to report that I came across our friend Tiffany's obituary. She passed on Monday.
I will miss her enthusiasm for travel and her posts and am so sorry her life was cut so short.

So sad! I just can't believe it. She still had so many years ahead and so many plans. I hope her family has access to the forum and can read some of her amazing tales, I will do that today. she certainly gave us a lesson in courage fighting for her health. We will miss you dear Tiffany. Condolences to her many friends.

I'm so glad Tiffany got one last trip in, unfortunately luck was not on her side and things changed quickly once she got back. I'm glad she didn't suffer for an extended period of time and her spirit lives on. RIP Tiffany I will miss your travel stories.

So sad to hear about Tiffany's passing. I think I've read almost all her tour tales and like all of us, shared her love for travelling. I'm glad she was able to visit so many places, too many people leave these things for "when I retire" .

So very sad to read this. I have been checking back here to see if any update and also on a cancer forum for Her2 breast cancer that we were both members of. We were both diagnosed with Her2 breast cancer about the same time and she reached out to me with support when I first posted on here about my health issues. My condolences to her family and friends.

It is indeed a sad time when we lose a member of our travel discussion community, particularly somebody like Tiffany. We enjoyed her contributions and followed her health battles through to the end. Tiffany was a regular member of the Trafalgar Forum before it was closed and that's where many of us first shared travel stories with her and read her tour tales. In September 2014 Tiffany discovered this forum and rejoined her friends, starting with a summary of her Switzerland & Austria trip. Since that time she contributed over a thousand posts and was a most valued member of this community. Unfortunately, Tiffany's health deteriorated and while this interrupted her travel plans, it never diminished her passion for travel. Along with her continued discussions on travel topics, Tiffany shared with her online friends here, updates on her health battles, commencing a dedicated thread in September last year. It was particularly moving to see how many members of this forum contributed in various ways to read and offer their wishes toward better health and I have no doubt that we became a support base that made each day a little better for her. Thank you to everybody who contributed in any way. The name 'Tiffany' is associated with elegance and diamonds. These were in abundance with our own Tiffany here for many years, and whilst that time has been cut shorter than it should have been, she will be remembered for her charm, bright spirit, friendship and engaging contributions to our travel forum. Thank you Tiffany, for all the times we have enjoyed your company. You will be sadly missed.

No no no, I am stunned and confused? I just came back from a 3 weeks Namibia trip and read about how she said everything is fine etc etc.. next thing I read on the announcements .... she passed away.
Thank you Purvis for your kind gesture to the family. She will indeed be missed for all her contributions and support and enthusiam. RIP Tiffany xxx

I just came in to check updates. I do not get to come on here a lot, as work hasn't allowed me much free time lately.
I was so sad to read this post but wanted to offer My condolences to Tiffany's family and friends, even though this post is dated a few months ago. She was always so helpful for me in answering my questions and giving me travel tips and guided insight. I will miss her posts and travel tales. It saddens me to read this. Prayers to Tiffany and her family and friends.
God Bless, Nancy
